I am currently working as project manager for blended finance and sustainable investment for the European Union in Indonesia and ASEAN.
I previously obtained a doctorate as a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA) based in Hamburg. My research focused on EU-China relations, in particular in the field of trade and investment policy and policy-making in the European Institutions.

In addition, I am part of Young China Watchersā (YCW) global editorial team, regularly publishing interviews and original content on the YCW blog.
With a background in Development Studies and International Relations as well as working experience in China and Europe, I am specialized in strategic analysis, global trade and investment regimes, and political issues in particular regarding the EU, China and Southeast Asia.
My PhD was part of the EU-funded Marie Curie Initial Training Network āPRIMO ā Power and Region in a Multipolar Orderā, which studied the rise of regional powers and its impact on international politics at large.
